Return Policy

We do accept returns however they can only be redeem for store credit.

Please note only clothing items can be exchanged if they are unworn and still have their original tags.

There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returned clothing items.

Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on any accessories.

We allow 72 hours for items to be returned upon receipt of product.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your items. We will then provide instructions via e-mail to exchange your items for store credit.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

We do ship internationally.

Orders are shipped daily excluding holidays and Sunday.

All orders receive a tracking number which will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24hours for processing before your order is shipped. (USA)

Please allow 72 hours for processing before your order is shipped internationally.

We are not responsible for any fees associated with customs on international orders.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However your satisfaction is important to us; please contact us via e-mail within the first 48hours of receiving damaged goods. Replacement orders will be determined on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error with your address.
